The Cambridgeshire Art Fair

Thanks to all who attended the 2008 Cambridgeshire Art Fair and helped make it an enjoyable and memorable experience.

This year the fair attracted over 5000 visitors to the beautiful setting of Chilford Hall Vineyard in rural Cambridgeshire to enjoy browsing and purchasing the abundance of quality artworks on offer and meeting with the galleries exhibiting.

With sales figures more than doubling from 2007 it is apparant that the Cambridgeshire Art Fair has grown into an event that the people of East Anglia have taken to and can hopefully embrace for many years to come.

This year we were delighted to raise over £1000 for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) through an exhibitor "Derby Sweepstake", Preview evening ticket sales, visitor contributions and painting & catalogue sales. We aim to continue our work with this extremely worthy charity next year with the view to raise even more money for their cause.

Finally we would like to congratulate Mr. P Thompson from Bedfordshire who won the prize draw for the camera.
